A good place. Very good. Playa Del Carmen, which I love, and generally stay at the Shangri-la Caribe Resort. Very nice palapas Thacher Palm Beach. This must be taken not as a tourist and topless scene varies, depending on who's there, it was probably a good idea, as it comes, or in a lonely beach.
