I am a tenant of the building license A3 (restaurant to be), which has not yet been opened and want to sell it as an unfinished project. Two floors with kitchen and bar from the bottom up, a lounge area with about 40 to 50 seats. Location and the rent for the lease and low price, really good. For more information, please ask.
